from the Aceh Disaster Management Agency (BPBA) Thursday (27/11), the worst flooding occurred in Aceh Tamiang Regency.In that area, 9,274 residents were displaced because the water level has not yet receded.
Then in Aceh Singkil Regency, all office facilities, schools and other public facilities were also flooded.They took refuge in refugee tents set up by the local government and the homes of relatives who were not affected by the flood.

Until now, flooding is still hitting the districts of Pidie, Pidie Jaya, Bireuen, East Aceh, Aceh Tamiang, West Aceh, South Aceh, Aceh Singkil, North Aceh and Langsa City.
The water level varies up to 130 cm.The impact of the flood also claimed 2 lives in North Aceh Regency.
Previously, Acting Head of BPBA, Fadmi Ridwan, said that 9 areas in Aceh Province had flood emergency status after high-intensity rain since the last week submerged the area.
The respective regions that have flood disaster emergency status are Aceh Besar, Pidie, North Aceh, Aceh Singkil, Southwest Aceh, Central Aceh, Southeast Aceh and West Aceh districts.
“The regions that have declared a hydrometeorological disaster emergency status are Aceh Besar, Pidie, North Aceh, Singkil, Southwest Aceh (Abdya), Central Aceh, Southeast Aceh and West Aceh,” said Fadmi to journalists, Wednesday (26/11).
