has captured a total of 15 people related to kidnapping cases and
murder
M Ilham Pradipta (37) who is the Head of a Sub -Branch Office (KCP) of a bank in Central Jakarta.
While related to the alleged kidnapping to the murder of the victim, the police have not revealed broadly.
Head of Metro Jaya Police Public Relations Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi said the Jakarta Metropolitan Police were still investigating the motive in the kidnapping and murder.
“(Motive) is being explored,” he told reporters at Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, South Jakarta, Tuesday (8/26).
Ade also confirmed the figure of Dwi Hartono as one of the suspects was an online tutoring entrepreneur.
But he has not explained in detail about the figure of Dwi.
“Yes (DH is Dwi Hartono), yeah (he’s an online tutoring business),” Ade said.
In this case, the police first arrested four perpetrators of the abduction of victims namely AT, Hospital, and Rah who were arrested in Johar Baru, Central Jakarta and RW who were arrested at East Nusa Tenggara Airport (NTT).
After that, the police succeeded in arresting the four intellectual actors behind the abduction and murder, namely, DH, YJ, and AA were arrested in Solo, Central Java, on August 23, 2025 at around 20.15 WIB.In parallel, the police also arrested C arrested in the North Jakarta Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area at 15:30 WIB the next day.

Separately, the TNI Headquarters opened their voices about the alleged involvement of unscrupulous officials in the case.
Head of the TNI Headquarters, Maj. Gen. Freddy Ardianzah, said that he had not received information from the Jakarta Metropolitan Police regarding the involvement of soldiers from the TNI unit in the case.
“Until now I have not received information from the Jakarta Metropolitan Police regarding the involvement of soldiers in this case,” Freddy said when confirmed, Tuesday (8/26).
Nevertheless, Freddy said that his party continued to communicate with the Metro Jaya Regional Police regarding this matter.
He also requested that the public respect the investigation process that was still running by the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police.

Ilham’s body was found in the rice field area in Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency, Thursday (8/21) morning.
