The first two officers involved in the case of abuse that led to death

The two officers are Lt. Inf. Made Juni Arta Dana and Lt. Inf. Achmad Thariq Al Qindi Singajuru.The demand for a nine year sentence was conveyed by the military prosecutor in a trial which took place at Military Court III-15 Kupang, Wednesday (10/12).
The demands for the two officers were higher than those of 15 other TNI AD soldiers who were demanded six years in prison and dismissal by military prosecutors.

The 17 accused TNI AD soldiers who underwent the prosecution trial served in the 834/Waka Nga Mere Development Territorial Infantry Battalion (Yonif TP 834/WM) Nagekeo.They were involved in the persecution of Prada Lucky Chepril Saputra Namo and Prada Richard Wellington Bulan.
This abuse resulted in Prada Lucky passing away on August 6 2025 after four days of undergoing treatment at the Aeramo Nagekeo Regional Hospital.
“We request that the Kupang III-15 military court declare the defendants legally and convincingly proven guilty of the military crime of intentionally hitting and crushing a subordinate and by causing him death, which was committed jointly as regulated and punishable by crime in Article 131 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code,

“We request that the defendants be sentenced to Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code, Article 26 of the Criminal Code as well as applicable and related laws and regulations,” said military prosecutor, Major Chk Wasinton Marpaung when reading out the charges in front of the 17 defendants.
The Military Prosecutor then read out the charges against the 17 defendants included in file number 41-K/PM.III-15/AD/X/2025.In his complaint, the prosecutor stated that 15 people were sentenced to six years in prison and two others were sentenced to nine years in prison.
The defendants are also required to receive additional punishment in the form of dismissal from TNI AD service.
Based on monitoring by hitclubapk3 Indonesia.com at the Kupang III-15 military court office, the trial with the prosecution agenda for case file number 41 K/PM.III 15/AD/X/2025 with 17 defendants was led by Chief Judge Major Chk Subiyatno and two member judges namely Captain Chk Dennis Carol Napitupulu and Captain Chk Zainal Arifin Anang Yulianto.
Meanwhile, the three officers who took turns reading out the demands were Lt. Col. Chk Yusdiharto, Lt. Col. Chk. Alex Panjaitan and Major Chk. Wasinton Marpaung.
The trial, which took place in the main room of Dilmil III-15 Kupang, was also attended by the family of the late Prada Lucky Chepril Saputra Namo, including the victim’s parents, namely Sepriana Paulina Mirpey and Pelda Kristian Namo.

Meanwhile, according to the Public Relations Officer of the Kupang III-15 Military Court, Captain Chk Damai Chrisdianto said that there was a trial with a prosecution agenda for case file number 40-K/PM.III 15/AD/X/2025 with the defendant First Lieutenant Inf.Ahmad Faisal and case number 42-K/PM.III 15/AD/X/2025 with four defendants will be heard on Thursday (11/12).
Previously, Denpom IX/1 Kupang had named 22 suspected TNI Army soldiers who served in the 834/Waka Nga Mere Development Territorial Battalion as suspects in the case of Prada Lucky’s death.
Private Lucky Chepril Saputra Namo (23), a TNI Army soldier who served in the Territorial Development Battalion 834 Waka Nga Mere (Yon TP 834/WM) Nagekeo died allegedly as a result of torture carried out by his seniors in the battalion dormitory.
Prada Lucky died on Wednesday (6/8).He underwent treatment for four days at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Aeramo Regional Hospital, Nagekeo.
His body was then brought back to Kupang after being picked up by his biological parents, namely Serma Kristian Namo and his mother Sepriana Paulina Mirpey, on Thursday (7/8).
After two days lying in state at the funeral home, Prada Lucky’s body was buried on Saturday (9/8) with a military ceremony.Before the military service ceremony was carried out, it was preceded by a funeral service led by Pastor Lenny Walunguru from GMIT Batu Karang Kuanino.
