) 2025 which will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
ISG 2025 has officially closed at Princess Noura University, Friday (21/11).Indonesia is ranked 12th out of 57 participating countries.
Four gold, 12 silver and nine bronze constitute Indonesia’s medal collection.In this sporting event between Islamic countries, Indonesia only sent 39 athletes from seven sports.

“I am very happy and proud of the results achieved by the Indonesian Team athletes. Even though the contingent was minimalist, they showed maximum ability and fought wholeheartedly,” said Chef de Mission (CdM) Endri Erawan as quoted from the official NOC Indonesia release.
“This achievement also shows that Indonesia is still in a better position compared to other Islamic countries, and hopefully it will be a motivation to continue to proclaim Indonesia Raya on the world sports stage,” added Endri.
Indonesian medals at the ISG were presented by athletes from the sports of fencing, swimming, weightlifting, pencak silat, judo, taekwondo, volleyball, athletics, teqball, mixed martial arts and golf.
In the closing parade, there were 28 people representing the Indonesian contingent, consisting of athletes and officials from the fencing and wrestling branches, the headquarter team, CdM Endri Erawan.
Men’s epee fencing athletes, Arval Raziel Ridwan Sundara and Yusma Deswita representing women’s 53kg freestyle wrestling athletes were in the front row of the defile carrying the Red and White flag.
