In the top block, Vietnam will face the Philippines.Vietnam won over Laos with a score of 2-1 and then managed to beat Malaysia with a more convincing score of 2-0.This is an important asset for Vietnam to face the Philippines.

The Philippines also cannot be underestimated.The Philippines beat defending champion Indonesia with a narrow score of 1-0.Before that, the Philippines were also able to win 2-0 over Myanmar so they had not conceded a goal in the group phase.
In the lower block, Thailand as the host will meet Malaysia.Thailand is the most fertile team with a collection of nine goals from two matches in the group phase.Malaysia clearly must be alert to attacks from Thailand.
