Syamsul further said that the Cilacap Regency Government was ready to meet the need for equipment and other support to speed up the search process.

“Immediately report any needs to the command post. The district government will facilitate the evacuation process so that it runs quickly and safely,” said Syamsul.
Meanwhile, the On Scene Coordinator (OSC) of the Cilacap SAR Office, Priyo Prayudha Utama, said that the search operation would resume on Friday morning starting at 08.00 WIB with the division of five search sectors.
A joint SAR team was deployed at points where it was thought there would be buried victims, namely Worksite A-1 with three people in search, A-2 seven people, A-3 four people, B-1 four people, and B-2 three people.
“The search process was carried out using heavy equipment, extraction equipment and manual equipment to reach difficult areas,” said Priyo.
Landslides occurred in three villages in Majenang, Cilacap on Thursday evening, namely Tarukahan Hamlet, Cibuyut Hamlet and Cibeunying Village.Based on temporary data, the total number of victims reached 46 people, consisting of 23 survivors, 2 died, and 21 missing and still being searched for.
As of Friday morning at 10.00 WIB, a joint SAR team involving BPBD Cilacap Regency, Basarnas Cilacap SAR Office, TNI, Polri, volunteers and the community was still searching for all victims who had not been found by considering weather conditions and personnel safety.
