Ummah Party
made by former Chairman of the Indonesian People’s Consultative Assembly Amien Rais was sued for IDR 24 billion for alleged unlawful acts at the South Jakarta District Court (PN).
The lawsuit was filed by 34 Ummat Party cadres from various regions on November 13 2025 and has been registered under case number 1247/Pdt.Sus-Parpol/2025/PN JKT.SEL.
Of the 34 cadres as plaintiffs in the case, some of them include Zul Badri, Niko Fransisco, Irsyadul Fauzi, and Abdul Hakim.

The four defendants in the case, namely, Amien Rais as Chairman of the Syuro Council, including his son-in-law and General Chairman Ridho Rahmadi.Then there is the Secretary of the Shura Council, Ansufri Idrus Sambo, and the Secretary General, Taufik Hidayat.
The first trial of the lawsuit is planned to be held on November 24.However, the South Jakarta District Court’s Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) has not yet revealed the petitum in this case.
Contacted separately, the General Chair of the Ummat Party, Ridho Rahmadi, admitted that he was ready to face the lawsuit.Ridho said that his party also plans to file a counterclaim.
“As a form of legal awareness, we respect and are very ready for the next process. And we will file a counterclaim or counterclaim,” said Ridho when contacted, Monday (17/11).
