Head of the Public Information Bureau (Karopenmas) of the National Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, said that based on the evidence that had been obtained, the six alleged violators had sufficient evidence of alleged violations of the Police Professional Code of Ethics.

Trunoyudo said the six suspects violated Article 17 paragraph (3) Perpol Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics and the Police Code of Ethics Commission:
“Acts that are carried out deliberately and have personal or other party interests, and have an impact on society, institutions and/or the state which give rise to legal consequences, then the actions of the six alleged violators fall into the category of serious violations,” said Trunoyudo at Polda Metro Jaya, Friday (12/12).
Trunoyudo stated that these suspects were also considered to have violated Article 13 paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 1 of 2003 concerning the Dismissal of Police Members in conjunction with Article 8 letter c number 1 of Perpol Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics and the Police Code of Ethics Commission.
Then Article 13 letter m of Perpol Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics and the Police Code of Ethics Commission, states that every Polri official is prohibited from carrying out acts of violence, rude and inappropriate behavior in terms of personal ethics.
“Based on this, the follow-up plan from Divpropam Polri towards the six suspected violators will immediately carry out the process of filing the Police Professional Code of Ethics in accordance with existing mechanisms,” he said.
“A Code of Ethics Commission hearing will be held against the six alleged violators on Wednesday next week, December 17 2025,” said Trunoyudo continued.
Trunoyudo announced six police officers as suspects in the beating of Eagle Eye to death.They include JLA, RGW, IAB, IAM, BN, and AM.
“The six suspects are members of the headquarters service at Police Headquarters,” he said.
Trunoyudo stated that the suspects were charged under Article 170 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code.
“Article 170 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code applies. The beating resulted in the victim’s death,” he said.
Previously, Pancoran Police Chief Commissioner Mansur said the incident started when the two eagle eyes stopped a motorbike rider at the scene.
“The chronology is that there was one of the motorbike users. Well, the motorbike was suddenly stopped by these friends. After it was stopped, it stopped, as usual. Well, it just stopped, this is according to witness testimony, then it continued to stop, the other road users got out of the car,” said Mansur.
Mansur said the beating was carried out by the people in the car.He said the beating took place quickly.
“Suddenly there was a car with a driver on the road too. The driver of the car didn’t know where he came from and suddenly got out to help. Then he hit the matel,” he said.
After the beating, unknown mobs returned to the location and burned nine kiosks, six two-wheeled vehicles and one four-wheeled vehicle.
