The financial rights are regulated through Government Regulation (PP) Number 50 of 1980 concerning Financial/Administrative Rights of the State Minister and the former Minister of State and its widows/widows.

“The magnitude of the main retirement of a month is 1 percent of the basis of retirement for each month of term with the provision that the amount of basic retirement is at least 6 percent and as much as 75 percent of the basis of retirement,” said Article 11.
Article 1 PP regulates the basis of retirement is the last basic salary based on applicable laws and regulations.
Meanwhile, the minister’s salary nominal is regulated in PP Number 60 of 2000 concerning Amendments to PP Number 50 of 1980 concerning Financial/Administrative Rights of the Minister of State and Former State Minister and Widow/Duda.
Based on the regulation, the Minister of State received a basic salary of Rp5,040,000 per month.
By referring to the numbers in the two PPs, ministerial pensions such as Sri Mulyani et al.around Rp324 thousand-Rp4.05 million per month.
This number does not include old age savings.
Previously, Taspen President Director Rony Hanityo handed over pension money from the Pension and Old Age Savings (ENT) program to Sri Mulyani.
The money was given after Sri Mulyani no longer served as Minister of Finance.Sri Mulyani’s position was replaced by Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa.
