, Kampung Ambon, Cengkareng, West Jakarta, Thursday (6/11).
This raid was carried out a day after BNN raided a drug den in Kampung Bahari, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, Wednesday (5/11).
“Today we carried out operations at several points and we obtained a number of pieces of evidence, including indications of the involvement of several networks in the Kampung Ambon area,” said BNN Director of Enforcement and PursuitsĀ Brigadier General Roy Hardi Siahaan to reporters.

Roy said that his party also arrested dozens of people in the raid and are currently being questioned intensively.However, the big bookie who was the target has still not been arrested.
“Today we are trying to find the main suspect, but he has not been caught. We are still serious about looking for him,” he said.
During the raid, the police also confiscated a number of pieces of evidence.These include methamphetamine and marijuana, account books and records related to drug transactions.
“(We haven’t counted the number), but I saw some evidence at several points. (Apart from that, they also confiscated) suspected firearms, perhaps shotguns,” he said.
Furthermore, Roy said that his party would continue to carry out enforcement operations to clean up the Kampung Ambon area from the distribution and abuse of narcotics.
“We will continue to carry out follow-up operations until this area is completely free of drugs,” he said.

During the raid, BNN members together with Brimob Polda Metro Jaya personnel encountered resistance from the drug cartel.
“When we went there we had thought and analyzed and anticipated that there would be resistance, it turned out to be true,” said the Director of Enforcement and Pursuit of the Indonesian BNN, Brigadier General Roy Hardi Siahaan in Jakarta, Wednesday.
Roy said the resistance was carried out by community groups who were in a circle at that location.
“The people in the ‘circle’ location fought back using samurai,” he said.
Not only that, they also released fireworks and fireworks to ward off the officers carrying out the raid.
