“If necessary, InJourney Airports airports can extend operating hours which is part of the delay management procedure to minimize the impact of flight delays. The Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) has asked airlines that operate Airbus A320 aircraft to carry out software improvements to their fleet.This is in order to comply with EASA instructions.

EASA conveyed these instructions to all flight operators throughout the world that operate a fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft.
This condition is expected to cause flight disruption considering the large number of Airbus A320 aircraft operating in Indonesia.
Currently there are 6 airlines that operate Airbus A320 aircraft, namely Batik Air, Super Air Jet, Citilink Indonesia, Indonesia AirAsia, Pelita Air, and Transnusa.
Arie said InJourney Airports collaborates with all related parties to ensure operational readiness in the field.
“Adjustments to operational scenarios will be made following the dynamics of flight schedules to ensure safety, security and service aspects are in accordance with applicable regulations,” he explained.
Furthermore, InJourney Airports urges prospective airplane passengers with flight tickets between 30 November – 4 December 2025 to reconfirm the departure schedule or pay attention to the latest information from the airline.
“If the departure schedule has been confirmed, we urge prospective airplane passengers to arrive early at the airport around 2-3 hours before departure. We urge airlines to inform prospective passengers quickly if there are changes to the departure schedule,” he appealed.
Currently, InJourney Airports operates 37 airports including Soekarno-Hatta Tangerang, I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali, to Kualanamu Deli Serdang.
