Airlangga announced this after chairing the Coordination Meeting of the Government Strategic Program Acceleration Task Force (P2SP).

“on the problems of business actors, including labor-intensive sectors,” said Airlangga at a press conference at the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (16/12).

“The P2SP Task Force has built a canal
debottlenecking
“which will accommodate, follow up and resolve obstacles from business actors who can respond quickly, coordinated and accountably,” he continued.
He explained that complaints can be made via https://lapor.satgasp2sp.go.id.Airlangga claims that the site can be accessed 24 hours by business people.
Later, the entrepreneur’s complaint will be followed up by the P2SP Task Force.He explained that there would also be discussions at the relevant ministry/institution (K/L) level through regular forums held every week.
Deputy Minister of Finance (Wamenkeu) Suahasil Nazara agreed with Airlangga’s explanation.He emphasized that his party would actively participate in following up on complaints from entrepreneurs.
“Related to the Ministry of Finance, of course as part of the P2SP Task Force we will connect with tax, customs and excise needs,” explained Suahasil.
“So, reports that come in via this channel will be followed up if there are any related to tax incentives, regarding tax regulations, it will be our input and we will discuss it in this Task Force,” he added.
