officially announced the replacement of the main director (
CEO
) at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (
EGM
) on Monday (15/12).
The EGMS approved the appointment of Untung Budiharto as managing director, replacing Achmad Adrianto who has only been in office since June 12 2025.

Fortunately, Budiharto is known to be a retired TNI-AD officer.Fortunately, Budiharto is currently listed as effective as President Commissioner of PT Transportation Jakarta (Transjakarta) since June 8 2023.

He served as Danrem in Bangka Belitung, Paban in the Operations Staff, Deputy Kasad, Kasdam in Bukit Barisan, Director of Operations for the National SAR Agency, Principal Secretary of the National Counter-Terrorism Agency, and Pangdam Jaya.
ANTAM previously held an annual GMS with the agenda of changing management last June.In this agenda, Antam officially announced the appointment of Achmad Ardianto as managing director, replacing Nicolas D. Kanter.
