The government enforces
discount on toll rates
for a number of sections during the 2025 Christmas and 2025 New Year holidays (
Nataru
).Discounts provided are up to 20 percent.
However, is this discount still valid today, Friday (26/12)?
Several toll roads apply reduced rates.The Manado-Bitung toll road applies a discount for 20 days, from 22 December 2025 to 10 January 2026.

Then, the Bekasi-Cawang-Kampung Melayu (Becakayu) toll road was implemented

pricing during off-peak hours with a 20 percent discount for 48 days, from 13 October to 31 December 2025.
Then, the Krian-Bunder Toll Road provides a fare discount for 40 days, from 21 October to 31 December 2025.
“In general, toll road tariff discounts are applied to fares farthest barrier to barrier using the electronic money payment method. Discounts do not apply if the balance is insufficient or the vehicle’s destination cannot be detected,” said Deputy Minister of Public Works (PU) Diana Kusumastuti at a Hearing Meeting with Commission V of the DPR RI in Central Jakarta, last Monday (8/12).
Diana also revealed that as many as 5 toll roads were also functional with free rates for 142,587 kilometers (km).
“To anticipate a surge in service during this period, there are 5 toll road sections that will be functional with a length of 142,587 kilometers,” explained Diana.
However, tariff discounts of up to 20 percent on 26 toll roads do not apply today.Diana said that the tariff discount on 26 toll roads is only valid on 22, 23 and 31 December 2025.
“The amount of discount on toll rates ranges from 10 percent to 20 percent according to the proposal of each BUJT. This discount is valid for three days, namely on December 22, 23 and 31 on 26 toll roads,” he said.

7. Kanci – Pejagan (10 percent)
8. Pejagan – Pemalang (10 percent)
9. Pemalang – Batang (10 percent)
10. Batang – Semarang (20 percent)
11. Semarang ABC (20 percent)
12. Cisumdawu (20 percent)
13. Krian – Legundi – Bunder (11.11 percent)
14. Manado – Bitung (20 percent)
15. Bakauheni – Terbanggi Besar (20 percent)
16. Terbanggi Besar – Pematang Panggang – Kayuagung (20 percent)
17. Kayuagung – Palembang (10 percent)
18. Indralaya – Prabumulih (20 percent)
19. Pekanbaru – Dumai (20 percent)
20. Pekanbaru – XIII Koto Kampar (20 percent)

1. Sigli-Banda Aceh Toll Road Section 1 (Padang Tiji-Seulimeun) 24.67 km
2. Kuala Tanjung-Tebing Tinggi-Parapat Toll Part Part 4 (Sinaksak-Simpang Pinei) 12.86 km
3. Palembang-Betung Toll Road Section 2 (Rengas-Pulau Rimau) 30.75 km
4. Probolinggo-Banyuwangi Toll Road Sections 1 and 2 (Gending-Paiton) 24.08 km
5. National Capital Toll Road (IKN) Sections 3A, 3A2, 3B, 3B2, 5A, 5B, 6A, and Balang Island Bridge 50,227 km.
Three toll roads have the potential to be implemented functionally during the Christmas period with a route length of 92.36 km.The following toll roads will be functional in the fourth quarter of 2025 and will include additional lanes, namely:
1. Kamal-Teluknaga-Rajeg Toll Road Section 1 (JC Sedyatmo-IC Kosambi) 4.70 km
2. Junction Palembang Ramp 1, 5, 6, 7B, and 8 7.57 km long
3. Addition of Tangerang-Merak toll lanes in lanes A and B (Km 77+80-Km 86+538) for a length of 8,738 km.
