Kapadze performed Friday prayers at Istiqlal, Jakarta, Friday (21/11), after arriving in Indonesia the day before.
Kapadze’s presence suddenly became the focus because so far his name has been widely linked as coach of the Indonesian National Team to replace Patrick Kluivert.

However, Kapadze denied that his agenda for coming to Indonesia was solely to fulfill a tourism promotion invitation.
“I came here to fulfill an invitation regarding tourism. So there are no official plans for an interview regarding the coaching of the Indonesian National Team,” said Kapdzes to media crew, including hitclubapk3Indonesia.
Nevertheless, Kapadze did not deny the desire to handle the Indonesian national team.Moreover, now his contract with Uzbekistan has officially ended.
“Basically I will study all the offers that come in. I am open to offers,” Kapadze added.
The 44 year old trainer wore long-sleeved brown and colored batik.He joined in praying in the front row.Beside him, there is national figure Effendi Gazali.
Before praying, Timur Kapadze looked amazed by the Istiqlal Mosque.He often looked left, right and above the interior of the mosque.
“I remember in Jakarta that my friends had a good, friendly attitude, and I felt very respected.”
“And it could also happen that we are very happy because Indonesia and Izbekistan have similarities, especially Friday prayers, it is Allah’s grace that his visit begins with holy activities,” said Kapadze.
