, Tifauziah Tyassuma alias Dr Tifa admitted that she would respect the applicable legal process and hand it over completely to the legal team.
“I appreciate and respect the legal process. In this way, the process will take place clearly, where the truth must stand,” said Tifa, Friday (7/11).
He believes that what he is doing is a struggle towards truth, even though the journey is not smooth.

As previously reported, Polda Metro Jaya named eight suspects in the case of allegations of fake diplomas against the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo.Dr. Tifa is one of them.
The eight suspects were divided into two clusters according to the acts or crimes committed.
The first cluster consists of Eggi Sudjana, Kurnia Tri Rohyani, Damai Hari Lubis, Rustam Effendi, and Muhammad Rizal Fadillah.
The five of them were charged with Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 160 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 27a in conjunction with Article 45 Paragraph 4 and/or Article 28 Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 45a Paragraph 2 of the ITE Law.
Meanwhile, the second cluster consists of Roy Suryo, Rismon Hasiholan, Sianipar, and Dr. Tifa.
The suspects in the second cluster were charged under Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 32 Paragraph 1 Juncto Article 48 Paragraph 1 and/or Article 35 Juncto Article 51 Paragraph 1 and/or Article 27a Juncto Article 45 Paragraph 4 and/or Article 28 Paragraph 2 Juncto Article 45a Paragraph 2 of the ITE Law.
