As a suspect in the Jokowi diploma case, Roy Suryo Cs has not yet been arrested

CS after being named as a suspect in the alleged fake diploma case of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo (
Jokowi
).
Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Asep Edi Suheri said the decision to detain Roy Suryo cs would be made after they were questioned as suspects.
“Regarding the authority granted by the law to investigators relating to detention, of course there are several considerations that will be taken into consideration by investigators later when carrying out examinations of suspects,” said Asep in a press conference, Friday (7/11).

Meanwhile, the Director of Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Iman Imanuddin, said that investigators would immediately summon Roy Suryo CS to be questioned as a suspect.
However, Iman has not revealed when investigators will investigate Roy Suryo cs.
“Of course, after this we will send a summons letter to the person concerned. We hope that the suspects can comply with our summons, so that the person concerned’s right as a citizen to provide clarification in the official report will also be fulfilled by the person concerned,” he said.
Previously, Polda Metro Jaya named eight suspects divided into two clusters in connection with the alleged case of Jokowi’s fake diploma.
The first cluster consists of five suspects, namely Eggi Sudjana, Kurnia Tri Rohyani, Damai Hari Lubis, Rustam Effendi and Muhammad Rizal Fadillah.They were charged with Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 160 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 27a in conjunction with Article 45 Paragraph 4 and/or Article 28 Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 45a Paragraph 2 of the ITE Law.
Then the second cluster consisted of three suspects, namely Roy Suryo, Rismon Hasiholan Sianipar and Tifauziah Tyassuma alias Dr Tifa.They were charged under Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 32 Paragraph 1 Juncto Article 48 Paragraph 1 and/or Article 35 Junto Article 51 Paragraph 1 and/or Article 27a Junto Article 45 Paragraph 4 and/or Article 28 Paragraph 2 Junto Article 45a Paragraph 2 of the ITE Law.
