Celebrity couple Uya Kuya and
Astrid Kuya
sent a strong warning to a number of social media accounts that spread fake news or hoaxes about Astrid.The hoax took the form of a video accusing Astrid of not standing when the national anthem “Indonesia Raya” was sung.
Through an upload on Instagram Stories, Uya Kuya confirmed that he had the identity and location of the account owner who spread the slander.
“There is a hoax video circulating about my wife. The one who posted it was the Suara Rakyat TikTok account in the name of Sukadarman5 and also the Facebook account that re-uploaded it was Firshu Khan. Even though you have deleted it, we already have the video evidence,” said Uya Kuya, Wednesday (11/11).

Uya Kuya explained that these accounts distributed a video of a mother sitting while the song “Indonesia Raya” was played, then claimed that the figure was Astrid Kuya, even though physically she was clearly different.
“You posted that there was a woman, you don’t know who was sitting while everyone was singing the song Indonesia Raya. And you said it was my wife, even though it was clear that her face was different and her body was all different. And you posted a photo of my wife and also said that it was my wife,” he said.
The father of two warned the perpetrator to be careful, emphasizing that he and Astrid would no longer remain silent if they were slandered.Uya even mentioned the alleged location of the owner of the TikTok account.
“So, be careful now. I will not remain silent now if there is something like this. You are the holder of TikTok Suara Rakyat, even though it has been deleted, I already have the proof. What they say is in East Java, in Sumenep, right? Be careful,” said Uya Kuya.
Previously, Astrid Kuya herself had taken a firm stance by denying her involvement in the video and stated that she planned to report it to the authorities.
“Hoaxes and slander. I will report to the police. Aren’t you tired of slandering me all the time? Different face, different body shape! Now I will never be silent if someone slanders me, to the person on TikTok @sukadarman5 I will report you to the police! STOP FITNAH AND DFK (Disinformation, Slander and Hate),” wrote Astrid Kuya in her Instagram Stories.
