officially filed a divorce suit against her husband,
Ridwan Kamil
, after almost three decades of building a household.
The lawsuit was filed at the Bandung City Religious Court (PA), and the first trial will be held on Wednesday (17/12).
“Yes, that’s right, it was registered between last Thursday or Friday,” said the Registrar of the Bandung City Religious Court (PA), Dede Supriadi, when confirmed by telephone, Monday (15/12).

Neither Atalia nor RK have yet to speak out regarding their divorce trial.This couple has been married since 1996 and has been blessed with two children, namely Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz (deceased) and Camillia Laetitia Azzzahra.
In 2020, the couple also adopted a boy named Arkana Aidan Misbach.
Lisa Mariana
Atalia or usually called Cinta by RK filed a lawsuit amidst the former Governor of West Java being involved in a long drama with Instagram celebrity Lisa Mariana since the beginning of this year.
Even though Bareskrim Polri has stated that the DNA test results do not show that Lisa’s child is identified with RK.After these results, Lisa is now a suspect for alleged defamation.
At the same time, Lisa was also a suspect at the West Java Regional Police in the alleged pornographic video case.
However, Lisa has not been detained so far even though she has undergone several examinations.On the other hand, Lisa’s civil lawsuit at the Bandung District Court has also been rejected.The decision was published online on Monday (8/12).
Golkar politician duo
Atalia and RK are currently both Golkar politicians.Atalia is a member of Commission VIII DPR which is in charge of religious and social affairs.
He was elected in the legislative elections in 2024, in the same year as Ridwan Kamil’s nomination as governor of Jakarta, although he later lost to Pramono Anung.
When he joined Golkar at the end of his term as Governor of West Java in early 2023, Ridwan Kamil obtained the position of Deputy General Chair for Voter Mobilization under the leadership of General Chair Airlangga Hartarto.
Meanwhile, in the era of Chairman Bahlil Lahadalia’s leadership, Ridwan Kamil was appointed as Chairman of the Golkar DPP for Political Policy and Domestic Government in early November 2024.
As time went by, unlike Atalia, who appeared on the party agenda several times, since the alleged affair, RK was no longer seen.
He was once in the spotlight when he protested to an airport official because of the plane he was on
delayed
some time ago.
