Attorney General Examines Antam’s HR Director in Crude Oil Corruption Case

) examines the Director of Human Resources of PT Antam in the governance corruption case
crude oil
and refinery products at PT Pertamina for the 2018-2023 period.
Head of the Attorney General’s Legal Information Center, Anang Supriatna, said that the investigation was carried out by investigators from the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes at the Roundhouse, on Monday (10/11).

“The witness being questioned has the initials LSS as Director of Human Resources at PT Aneka Tambang,” he said in a written statement, Tuesday (11/11).
However, he did not explain further about the LSS examination material.He only said that the examination was carried out to complete the case files.
“Examination of witnesses is carried out to strengthen evidence and complete the filing in the case in question,” he concluded.
In this case, the AGO has named 18 suspects.The dozens of suspects start from Riva Siahaan as Main Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga and Yoki Firnandi as Main Director of PT Pertamina International Shipping.
Apart from that, the AGO also appointed oil merchant Mohammad Riza Chalid as the beneficial owner of PT Orbit Terminal Merak (OTM) and his son Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza as the beneficial owner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa.
The Attorney General’s Office said the total state losses in the corruption case reached IDR 285 trillion, consisting of state financial losses of IDR 193.7 trillion and IDR 91.3 trillion from state economic losses.
