The inauguration of the Chief Prosecutor’s Office (Pju) was held on the 11th Floor of the Main Prosecutor’s Office Building, on Thursday (27/11).The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the Prosecutor’s Commission and the Deputy Attorney General.
Burhanuddin emphasized that changing officials through transfers, rotations and promotions is a strategic step in refreshing the organization and improving institutional performance.

“Office is a trust and mandate from the state and society which must be carried out with full integrity, dedication and seriousness,” said the Attorney General in his speech.
He specifically gave a message to Kuntadi that the BPA had a central position to support the law enforcement process and improve governance by the Prosecutor’s Office.
Therefore, he said, the BPA has an important role in maintaining public trust and ensuring that criminal acts do not only end in punishment, but also in returning the losses incurred.
“It is necessary to optimize the search, management and resolution of evidence, loot and confiscation of executions,” he said.
Apart from that, he also advised the three new Heads of the High Prosecutor’s Office (Kajati) that law enforcement must be a priority, especially those concerning livelihoods and protecting the interests of the community, such as handling corruption cases.
“Preventing and eradicating corruption must be a priority through strict, measurable law enforcement and integrity,” he explained.
Kajati as leader, he said, must also carry out an inherent supervisory function over all levels of the Prosecutor’s Office in his jurisdiction.So that there are no Prosecutor’s employees who behave and speak far from manners, ethics and integrity.
