which is being studied with an investment value of IDR 300 trillion.It is hoped that the study process can be completed by the end of this year.
Bahlil conveyed this at the inauguration of the Lotte Chemical Factory in Cilegon, Banten, Thursday (6/11), which was attended by Prabowo and other Red and White Cabinet ministers.
“Finally, we reported to the President that regarding downstream projects, we and Mr. Rosan have submitted 18 projects with a total investment value of approximately IDR 300 trillion,” said Bahlil.

According to Bahlil, the study is currently being carried out by consultants who have been selected by the Anagata Nusantara Power Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara).One of the projects studied is the electric car battery ecosystem.
“We build cables, we build car bumpers, we build plastic, so God willing, if this already exists, then the supply chain for the electric car ecosystem and electric car batteries will already be in Indonesia and this is what you ordered,” he explained.
The following is a list of 18 projects being studied:
1. Aluminum (Bauxite) Smelter Industry – Mempawah, West Kalimantan: IDR 60 trillion
2. DME (coal) industry – Bulungan, East Kutai, Kota Baru, Muara Enim, PALI, Banyuasin: IDR 164 trillion
3. Asphalt Industry (Buton Asphalt) – Buton, Southeast Sulawesi: IDR 1.49 trillion
4. Manganese Sulfate (Manganese) Industry – Kupang, NTT: IDR 3.05 trillion
5. Stainless Steel Slab (Nickel) Industry – Morowali Industrial Area, Central Sulawesi: IDR 38.4 trillion
6. Copper Rod, Wire & Tube (Copper Cathode) Industry – Gresik, East Java: IDR 19.2 trillion
7. Iron Steel (Iron Sand) Industry – Sarmi Regency, Papua: IDR 19 trillion
8. Chemical Grade Alumina (Bauxite) Industry – Kendawangan, West Kalimantan: IDR 17.3 trillion
9. Oleoresin (Nutmeg) Industry – Fakfak Regency, West Papua: IDR 1.8 trillion
10. Oleofood (Palm Palm) Industry – Maloy Batuta Trans East Kalimantan SEZ (MBTK): IDR 3 trillion
11. Nata de Coco, MCT, Coconut Flour, Activated Carbon (Coconut) Industry – KI Tenayan, Riau: IDR 2.3 trillion
12. Chlor Alkali Plant (Salt) Industry – Aceh, East Kalimantan, East Java, South Sumatra, Riau, Banten and NTT: IDR 16 trillion
13. Tilapia Fillet Industry – Banten, West Java, Central Java, East Java: IDR 1 trillion
14. Carrageenan (Seaweed) Industry – Kupang, NTT: IDR 212 billion
15. Oil Refinery – Lhokseumawe, Sibolga, Natuna, Cilegon, Sukabumi, Semarang, Surabaya, Sampang, Pontianak, Badung (Bali), Bima, Ende, Makassar, Donggala, Bitung, Ambon, North Halmahera, Fakfak: IDR 160 trillion
16. Oil Storage Tanks: IDR 72 trillion
17. Integrated Solar Module (Bauxite & Silica) – KI Batang, Central Java: IDR 24 trillion
18. Bioavtur (Used Cooking Oil) Industry – KBN Marunda, KI Cikarang, KI Karawang: IDR 16 trillion.
