) launched a national campaign entitled Nutritious Eating for the Rights of Indonesian Children on Monday (17/11) in Jakarta.
On the same occasion, BGN also launched the SAGI 127 friend complaint service.

“national campaign with the theme ‘Nutritious Eating, Indonesian Children’s Rights’, at the same time we are completing the fulfillment of Indonesian children’s rights with a complaint facility where we have the magic number 127,” said Dadan at the launch of the national campaign.
He explained that the public, students and teachers who have questions or complaints regarding the free nutritious meal (MBG) program can contact the 127 call center for follow-up.
“Become a Friend of Sagi 127. Saginya is an Interactive Nutrition Complaint Center. Later, all inquiries related to the free nutritious meal program and fulfilling the rights of Indonesian children can be served by 127 people who are on duty every day and will serve every existing question, every existing complaint,” he said.
Dadan explained that since its initial launch in January 2025, the number of nutrition service units (SPPG) in Indonesia has reached 15,267 spread across 38 provinces.
The SPPG has served 44.2 million beneficiaries out of a target of 82.9 million
“It has served 44.2 million beneficiaries and that means it has reached 53 percent of the total target of 82.9 million. So the National Nutrition Agency is still working hard to fulfill 47 percent of Indonesian children’s rights to a nutritious food program, to access to nutrition with a balanced nutritional menu,” said Dadan.
Dadan also revealed that when the government started implementing this program, data was found that 60 percent of Indonesian children did not have access to a menu with balanced nutrition.
Therefore, the state comes up with the MBG program for children’s growth, intelligence and health.
“If we don’t intervene for 60 percent of Indonesian children, we are worried that our productive generation in 2045 will be a generation that will find it difficult to compete with other countries because they don’t have access to a menu with balanced nutrition,” he said.
