) reminded that every Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) could be prosecuted legally if it had obtained a Sanitation Hygienic Eligibility Certificate (SLHS) but instead it triggered cases of Free Nutritious Meal poisoning (
MBG
).
This was conveyed by the Deputy for Monitoring and Supervision of BGN, Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Dadang Hendrayudha after coordinating the implementation of MBG with the Yogyakarta City Government, DIY.

Dadang admitted that he had advised the Mayor of Yogyakarta, Hasto Wardoyo and the head of the local health service regarding the threat of prosecution against SPPGs with SLHS, as a form of caution in implementing government programs and concern for the beneficiaries.
“I ordered the mayor [Mayor of Yogyakarta], the head of the department, as soon as this (SLHS) is issued, if there is an incident (food poisoning), it can be prosecuted. So we look after each other,” said Dadang at Yogyakarta City Hall, Thursday (6/11).
Dadang emphasized that all relevant parties can play an active role in preventing food poisoning in the MBG program.From the regional government side, he hopes that the health service can strictly monitor the issuance of SLHS to each SPPG.
Therefore, every SPPG or MBG kitchen that will officially receive SLHS will be truly standardized in every aspect.
“Please don’t make it easy to issue SLHS, because there are procedures that must be followed. The kitchen must be like this, there must be an IPAL (Waste Water Treatment Plant) and so on. This is all for our common good,” said Dadang.

With 24 of the total 42 SPPGs in Yogyakarta City already operating, said Dadang, the health service must schedule a review of all requirements for each MBG kitchen.
“So that when the SLHS is issued, there will be no more incidents,” hoped Dadang.
Meanwhile, from the BGN and SPPG side, MBG governance has been prepared as a form of evaluation of the implementation of President Prabowo Subianto’s flagship program.Among other things, using gallons of water to prevent Entamoeba coli bacteria in food.
Apart from that, the use of quality food ingredients and reducing the SPPG daily capacity target.Then arrange cooking patterns and food distribution times to beneficiary groups.
