LP, Michael Bloomberg at the State Palace, on Tuesday (18/11).
BPI Danantara Chief Executive Officer Rosan Roeslani said Michael Bloomberg’s visit was a follow-up meeting after the two met in New York, United States, last September.
“Mr President invited Michael Bloomberg to come to Indonesia and he came to Indonesia in order to then go to Singapore,” he told reporters after the meeting.

Rosan said that in the meeting Michael provided a number of inputs for the Prabowo-Gibran government starting from sectors from HR, Education to Health.
Michael, he said, also told Prabowo about his experiences when he was Mayor of New York.Not only that, Rosan said that the lunch meeting also discussed the collaboration that would be carried out between Bloomberg and Danantara.

On the other hand, Rosan said that Michael also discussed marine conservation.However, he did not provide further details regarding the marine conservation plan.

Previously, Prabowo and Rosan met Michael Bloomberg on the sidelines of his visit to the UN Summit in New York, United States on Tuesday (23/9).
At that time, Rosan said that the second meeting also discussed Bloomberg LP investment opportunities in Indonesia.Rosan said that this collaboration space was open to strengthen the investment ecosystem.
“We accompanied Mr. President Prabowo to meet with the founder of Bloomberg LP, Mr. Mike Bloomberg today to discuss strategic collaboration opportunities to strengthen the country’s investment ecosystem, such as clean energy and protecting marine resources,” he explained.
