BTN Distributes IDR 23.28 T SAL Funds, 93 Percent of Target

PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (

) succeeded in distributing government funds amounting to IDR 23.28 trillion until 31 October 2025 or 93 percent of the total Excess Budget Balance (SAL) funds amounting to IDR 25 trillion placed in the company.
This achievement is in accordance with the projection previously stated by BTN that the placement of government funds will be completely absorbed before mid-November 2025.
BTN President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu said that the distribution of government fund placements or State Money Placements (PUN) from SAL at BI was in accordance with the credit channels available at BTN.

“By the end of October 2025, from IDR 25 trillion in funds, more than IDR 23 trillion has been disbursed by BTN or 93 percent. We hope that before mid-November, the absorption of IDR 25 trillion in government funds will have been completely completed,” said Nixon in a written statement in Jakarta, Friday (7/11).
BTN data shows that the total distribution of IDR 23.28 trillion as of October 31 2025 was spread to various strategic sectors, especially the housing sector, both to developers and KPR.
Nixon explained that the majority of BTN’s corporate debtors are related to the housing sector, namely developers, property companies and contractors, as well as other sectors around the housing sector, namely health, education, trade and manufacturing, and government.
“Growth in the corporate segment has recently increased in line with BTN’s efforts to establish partnerships with various stakeholders to develop the national housing ecosystem,” he explained.
With this achievement, BTN succeeded in distributing government funds faster than officially scheduled by the Ministry of Finance, namely until December 2025.
