The Central Jakarta District has handed over the case files of four defendants in the case of alleged incitement to carry out anarchist acts surrounding last August’s demonstrations to the Central Jakarta District Court (PN).
The four defendants are the Director of the Lokataru Foundation Delpedro Marhaen, Lokataru Foundation staff Muzaffar Salim, admin @gejayanmemanggil Syahdan Husein, and Riau University student and Student Alliance admin Suing Khariq Anhar.

Each defendant was charged with violating Article 28 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 45A paragraph 2 of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (UU ITE) in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code (KUHP).Or the second charge is Article 28 paragraph 3 in conjunction with Article 45A of the ITE Law in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
Or the third indictment of Article 160 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) 1st, or the fourth indictment of Article 76HjunctoArticle 15junctoArticle 87 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1st of the Criminal Code.
“Furthermore, the team of Public Prosecutors at the Central Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office is waiting for the decision of the Chairman of the Central Jakarta District Court regarding the trial schedule in the a quo case,” said Head of the Intelligence Section of the Central Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office, Fajar Seto Nugroho, Tuesday (9/12).
The Central Jakarta District Court is currently also trying at least 25 defendants in cases of alleged violence and/or threats of violence against police officers during demonstrations last August.
The indictment of dozens of defendants was read out on Thursday, November 20 2025.
