raided by residents of East Lamteumen Village, Jaya Baru District along with a woman who was not a Muslim.
They were arrested by residents when they were suspected of committing lewd acts in a house in the East Lamteumen area on Friday (7/11) at 00:30 WIB.Both of them have the initials TR (28) and their partner AM (23).
Head of Satpol PP and Wilayatul Hisbah Banda Aceh, Muhammad Rizal, confirmed that one of his members was raided by residents for violating Islamic law.

“It’s true that it was raided by residents, we are still carrying out investigations,” Rizal told reporters.
He also ensured that there would be no discrimination regarding violators of Islamic law, including those of his own members who violated it.Now, TR has also been named a suspect.
“The person concerned has been named a suspect,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of East Lamteumen Village, Riazil, confirmed that the raid had taken place.However, at that time he did not know whether the man who was arrested was a member of the Sharia Police.
“There was (a raid). Residents were arrested,” he said.
