will hold an initial trial with the agenda of reading indictments against 23 defendants related to internal riots
demonstration in August 2025

The first case number: 691/Pid.B/2025/PN.Jkt.Pst includes 21 defendants who were charged with violating articles in the Criminal Code (KUHP).
The defendants are Eka Julian Syah Putra, M. Taufik Efendi, Deden Hanafi, Fahriyansah, Afri Koes Aryanto, Muhammad Tegar Prasetya, and Robi Bagus Triyatmojo.

Then Fajar Adi Setiawan, Riezal Masyudha, Ruby Akmal Azizi, Hafif Russel Fadila, Andre Eka Prasetio, Wildan Ilham Agustian, and Rizky Althoriq Tambunan alias Kewer.
Next are Imanu Bahar Solehat alias Ari, Muhammad Rasya Nur Falah, Naufal Fajar Pratama, Ananda Aziz Nur Rizqi, Muhammad Nagieb Abdilah, Alfan Alfiza Hadzami, and Salman Alfaris.
“The defendant above is planned to begin trial on Thursday (20/11) with the agenda of reading the indictment,” said Central Jakarta District Court spokesperson Sunoto in a written statement, Wednesday (19/11).
Meanwhile, two defendants named Arpan Ramdani and Muhammad Adriyan will be tried in a separate case number: 689/Pid.B/2025/PN.Jkt.Pst.
Then, defendant Wawan Hermawan in case number: 690/Pid.B/2025/PN.Jkt.Pst will be tried on Monday, November 24.Wawan was charged with violating the provisions contained in the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE).
Previously, the National Police Headquarters said that 959 people had been named as suspects in connection with the demonstrations from late August to early September.
Head of the National Police’s Criminal Investigation Agency, Komjen Syahardiantono, said that the determination of the suspect was carried out by 15 Regional Police based on 264 police reports (LP).
Syahar explained that the number of suspects was 664 adults and 295 of them were children in conflict with the law (ABH).
For Polda Metro Jaya, there are 200 adult suspects and 32 children, 16 of whom have been detained.
