“This case is currently being investigated by Propam,” said Head of Public Relations of the Central Sulawesi Regional Police, Police Commissioner Djoko Wienartono, Friday (7/11).

Meanwhile, said Djoko, an in-depth process is continuing to ensure the truth of the series of events in the viral video, including the 12 cars that were allegedly embezzled.However, this figure cannot be confirmed.
“We still need to confirm the number of vehicles circulating in the public. The data that states there are 12 cars is still being studied by the Propam team,” he said.
Currently, Djoko said, the Propam team is still trying to collect information from victims and witnesses.However, none of the parties who feel disadvantaged or victims want to provide official information.
“After all the information has been gathered, then an examination of Brigadier Yuli Setyabudi will be carried out to confirm the alleged violations that occurred,” he explained.
Djoko emphasized that the Central Sulawesi Regional Police will not hesitate to process any member who is proven to have violated the law.
“If embezzlement really occurs, we ensure that every member suspected of committing a violation will be processed according to applicable legal provisions,” he stressed.
Commissioner Djoko said that the Central Sulawesi Regional Police were committed to handling this case in a transparent, professional and accountable manner.
“The investigation process will be carried out if the criminal elements are met, while internal handling will also take place through disciplinary mechanisms and a code of ethics,” he explained.
The Head of Public Relations of the Central Sulawesi Regional Police also appealed to the victims to immediately make a police report to simplify the process of handling the case.
“By making an official Police Report (LP) it will really help investigators in taking appropriate legal steps,” he concluded.
