According to Arif, Bonnie Blue does not have a driving license in Bali.He only has a driving license in his native England.
The team from Bonnie Blue who drove the car also only had a British driving license, no Indonesian or international driving license.
Arif said Bonnie Blue and the team deliberately drove the pickup from Munggu Village to a studio in the Pererenan area, in North Kuta District, Badung Regency.
“In the back of the vehicle, lots of people would approach. And ask to come on board the car because they were TEB fans. With permission from TEB, they were given permission to come,” he explained.
Arif explained that the violation by Bonnie Blue and his team was because they were carrying out content activities in public facilities using a pickup truck.
The action was said to have violated the Road Law.He said the trail is supposed to be public but is used by Bonnie Blue and the team for content.
One of the content scenes in the pickup, said Arif, was that Bonnie Blue’s car seemed to have broken down, then was pushed by her fans.
“So that the person concerned can be punished. But using a quick examination of the minutes. That’s because it disturbs public order, like that,” he said.
Bonnie Blue and the team were charged with Article 303 in conjunction with Article 137 Paragraph (4) letters A, B and C of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation.
