, but also laughter and pride.Behind the small aprons they wore, 35 children with special needs looked enthusiastic about mixing the dough, pouring the ingredients, and decorating the cheesecake with a personal touch.
This warm moment was present at the Cooking with Heart activity which was held to coincide with Mother’s Day, Monday (22/12), at ABC Cooking Studio, Senayan City, Jakarta.For the participants, the cake they made was not just a dessert, but a symbol of appreciation for the mothers who had faithfully accompanied them, raised them and believed in their abilities.
The Cooking with Heart program was held for the second time as part of corporate social responsibility activities.This annual activity is designed to open an inclusive learning space for children with special needs through applicable and fun cooking activities.

In a warm and supportive atmosphere, participants follow the concept
hands-on cooking experience
.They learn to make Basque cheesecake, from preparing the dough to the final process.
Each stage is carried out with the assistance of a professional instructor, while providing space for children to express themselves according to their own rhythm.
“This activity provides an opportunity for children with special needs to learn through direct experience in a friendly and inclusive environment,” said Director of HR and B2B/G Solution PT Panasonic Gobel Indonesia, Mohammad Arif Rachmat Gobel, on the sidelines of the activity, Monday (23/12).
Not only does this program involve children as the main participants, this program also provides cross-party collaboration.Participants came from internal representatives, partners, media, London School Beyond Academy (LSBA) students, and the Indriya Foundation as beneficiaries.
This collaboration reflects the spirit of building a more inclusive and sustainable social ecosystem.
In the midst of cooking activities, the atmosphere became increasingly lively

“When the cheesecake was decorated and ready to be served, the smiles of the participants seemed to convey a simple but strong message, every child has potential, as long as they are given a safe, inclusive and empathetic space to grow,” said Arif.
