read out the results of the decision in the case of alleged ethical violations of five inactive DPR members, Wednesday (5/11).
This decision hearing was attended directly by the defendants, namely
Ahmad Sahroni
, Uya Kuya, Nafa Urbach, Eko Patrio and Adies Kadir.The following are the complete results of the MKD decision hearing for 5 members of the DPR RI:
Ahmad Sahroni
First, the MKD decided that NasDem DPR RI member Ahmad Sahroni would be deactivated as a DPR member for six months to continue his term of office in the 2024-2029 period.

“Declaring Defendant 5 Ahmad Sahroni proven to have violated the code of ethics. Sentencing Dr Ahmad Sahroni to be inactive for six months starting from the time the decision was read,” said MKD deputy chairman Adang Daradjatun at the DPR building, Jakarta, Wednesday (5/11).
Nafa Urbach
Second, MKD declared that Nafa Urbach, a member of the DPR from the NasDem faction, had been inactive for three months.
“Declaring the two defendants, Nafa Indria Urbach was proven to have violated the code of ethics,” said Adang.
MKD asked Nafa Urbach to be careful in expressing her opinion and maintain her behavior in the future.
“Declaring that the defendant Nafa Urbach has been inactive for three months, effective from the date this decision is read, calculated from the deactivation of the person concerned as per the decision of the NasDem DPP,” said Adang.
Eco Patrio
Third, the MKD decided that Eko Hendro Purnomo alias Eko Patrio violated the code of ethics and imposed a sanction of deactivation from the DPR RI for four months.
“Declaring that the fourth defendant, Eko Hendro Purnomo, was proven to have violated the DPR RI code of ethics. Sentencing the fourth defendant, Eko Hendro Purnomo, to be inactive for four months, effective from the time this decision was read, counting from the time of his deactivation as per the decision of the DPP PAN,” said Adang.
Uya Kuya
Fourth, the MKD decided that Surya Utama alias Uya Kuya would return as an active DPR member from the PAN faction to continue his term of office in the 2024-2029 period.
“Declaring that defendant 3 Surya Utama has not been proven to have violated the code of ethics. Declaring that defendant 3 Surya Utama has been activated as a member of the DPR as of the date this decision was read,” said Adang.
Adies Kadir
Fifth, the MKD decided that Adies Kadir would return to being an active member of the DPR from the Golkar faction to continue his term of office in the 2024-2029 period.
“Declaring that the first defendant, Adies Kadir, has not been proven to have violated the code of ethics. Asking the first defendant, Adies Kadir, to be careful in conveying information, and to maintain his behavior in the future. Declaring the first defendant, Adies Kadir has been activated as a member of the DPR as of the time this decision was read,” said MKD leader Adang Daradjatun reading the verdict.
In their statements, witnesses and experts denied the issue of increasing DPR salaries when members danced at the MPR annual session and the DPD-DPR Joint Session last August 15.
“To the best of your knowledge, was there any discussion on increasing DPR salaries and allowances on the agenda for the session on August 15 2025?”Adang said in court.
“Then the question of whether there was any discussion of salary increases, there was none at all during the August 15 session,” said Deputy for DPR Sessions, Suprihatini.
“So there was no discussion about that?”Adang said.
“Nothing noble.”
The five DPR members in question are Ahmad Sahroni and Nafa Urbach from the NasDem faction, Uya Kuya and Eko Patrio from PAN, and Adies Kadir from Golkar.
In contrast to Uya Kuya and Eko, PAN was suspended because of their dancing at the trial, Adies, who at that time was Deputy Speaker of the DPR, was suspended by Golkar because of his statements regarding the issue of DPR allowances.
The five alleged ethical violations were each recorded in cases Number 39/PP/IX/2025, 41/PP/IX/2025, 42/PP/IX/2025, 44/PP/IX/2025, and 49/PP/IX/2025.
