Having the status of one of the favorite teams to win, Brazil was faced with difficulties even though they ended up winning 4-0 over Indonesia at the Aspire Zone, Doha, Qatar, Friday (7/11).
Patetuci assessed that the match against Indonesia was not won easily.The resistance given by Putu Panji et al was enough to make Brazil overwhelmed.

“Considering that Indonesia had lost the first match and came to protect their chances of surviving in the World Cup, they started the game with a low defense and we knew the match would go that way,” said Patetuci on the official website of the Brazilian national team.
“We have trained to be patient, calm and use the wings to create space. We managed to score a goal, but they fought hard and made the game very difficult,” added Patetuci.
Brazil previously successfully beat Honduras 7-0 in the first match.However, Patetuci’s team could not win easily when facing Indonesia.
Even though it wasn’t as smooth as in the first match, Patetuci still praised his squad for playing according to the initial plan.
“I am satisfied with our performance and happy with this win. We have applied what we have practiced on the pitch.”
“We are aware that we need to make some adjustments and we will do it in the next match against Zambia. This match will be decisive in the battle for the top of the standings,” said Patetuci.
Currently, Brazil has the right to top the Group H standings with six points.They are ahead on goal difference from Zambia, who also managed to score six points from two matches.
Brazil and Zambia have certainly qualified for the round of 32.Meanwhile, Indonesia and Honduras still have a chance of qualifying for the knockout phase via the best third place ranking.
