“Apart from arresting a total of 13 people during an arrest in Ponorogo, the team also secured a sum of cash in rupiah currency,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in a written statement, Saturday (8/11).

At 11.40 WIB, a person named Kokoh Prio Utomo, a trusted person of the Regent, had just arrived at the KPK’s Red and White Building.
On Saturday (8/11) at 08.10 WIB, the Regent of Ponorogo, the Regional Secretary, the Main Director of the Regional Hospital, the Head of the Transfer Division of the Regional Secretariat, and several private parties had already arrived at the two-color KPK building.
“The parties arrested in the arrest activity will undergo intensive follow-up examinations,” said Budi.

Meanwhile, the KPK did not take 6 other people to Jakarta because their information was deemed sufficient.

They arrived at the KPK after being caught in a sting operation on Friday (7/11).The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) arrested a total of 13 people in connection with the OTT against Sugiri in the Ponorogo area, East Java.
Based on the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), the Corruption Eradication Committee has 1 x 24 hours to determine the legal status of the parties caught red-handed.
