) detained four suspects in a corruption case at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department (
PUPR
) Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) fiscal year 2024-2025.
The detention was carried out after the four suspects underwent examination at the KPK Office on Thursday (20/11).
The four suspects who were detained include Deputy Chairman of the OKU DPRD Parwanto, member of the OKU DPRD Robi Vitergo, and two private parties named Ahmad Thoha alias Anang and Mendra SB.They are four new suspects named on October 28, 2025.

“The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has again determined and then detained four suspects, namely brother PW as Deputy Chair of the OKU Regency DPRD for the 2024-2029 period. Then brother RP as a member of the OKU Regency DPRD 2024-2029. Brother AT alias AG as an entrepreneur, and brother MSB as an entrepreneur. So there are two members of the OKU Regency DPRD and two from the private sector,” said Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the Corruption Eradication Commission Asep Guntur.Rahayu.
“The suspects were detained for the first 20 days, starting from November 20 to December 9 2025 at the KPK Red and White House Branch Detention Center,” he continued.
Previously, in the same case, six people had also been named as suspects following the KPK’s sting operation (OTT) on March 15 2025.
The identities of the six suspects at the time of their arrest were Head of the OKU PUPR Service Nopriansyah, Chairman of Commission III of the OKU DPRD M. Fahrudin, Chairman of Commission II of the OKU DPRD Umi Hartati, member of the OKU DPRD Ferlan Juliansyah, as well as M Fauzi alias Pablo, and Ahmad Sugeng Santoso from the private sector.
The six have been tried at the Central Jakarta Corruption Crime Court (Tipikor).
