Corruption Eradication Commission
(KPK) examined the Director General of Workforce Placement Development and Expansion of Job Opportunities (Dirjen Binapenta & PKK) for the 2016-2020 period of the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower

Maruli was examined as a witness in a case of alleged extortion and receiving gratuities related to the processing of the Plan for the Use of Foreign Workers (RPTKA).
“The examination was carried out at the KPK’s Red and White Building, on behalf of MH,” said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo in a written statement, Monday (1/12).

Apart from him, the Corruption Eradication Commission also summoned Director for Controlling the Use of Foreign Workers (PPTKA) for 2015-2017 Rahmawati.
Previously, the Corruption Eradication Commission announced that it had named HS as the former Secretary General of the Ministry of Manpower as a suspect in a case of alleged extortion and receiving gratuities related to the processing of the RPTKA.
On November 26-27, investigators carried out a series of searches in three locations, namely in the Batu City, Malang City and Malang Regency areas.The places searched were two houses and a business location.
At that time, investigators confiscated documents related to the alleged ownership of the suspect’s assets, the flow of money to and from the suspect, as well as electronic evidence.
Apart from that, on Monday, November 24 2025, investigators also questioned HS, who also served as Director General of Development and Development at the Ministry of Manpower in 2016.
Eight suspects
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) had previously prosecuted 8 suspects in a case of alleged extortion and receiving gratuities related to the RPTKA processing at the Ministry of Manpower.They have been detained.
The suspects in question are Gatot Widiartono as Head of the Maritime and Agriculture Sub-directorate of the Directorate General of Workforce Placement Development and Expansion of Job Opportunities (Ditjen Binapenta & PKK) for 2019-2021 as well as PPK PPTKA for 2019-2024 and the Coordinator for Analysis and Control of TKA at the PPTKA Directorate of the Ministry of Manpower for 2021-2025.
Then Putri Citra Wahyoe, Jamal Shodiqin and Alfa Eshad who are staff at the PPTKA Directorate at the Directorate General of Development and PKK of the Ministry of Manpower for 2019-2024.
Then the Director General of Binapenta & PPK of the Ministry of Manpower for 2020-2023 Suhartono and the Director of PPTKA 2019-2024 who was appointed as Director General of Binapenta 2024-2025 Haryanto.
Furthermore, the 2017-2019 PPTKA Director Wisnu Pramono and the 2020-July 2024 PPTKA Approval Feasibility Test Coordinator were appointed as 2024-2025 PPTKA Director Devi Angraeni.
During the 2019-2024 period, the amount of money received by 8 suspects and employees at the PPTKA Directorate was at least IDR 53.7 billion.
A number of parties, including the suspects, have returned money to the state through a KPK escrow account totaling IDR 8.61 billion.
In the ongoing process, investigators have carried out searches in several places, namely in Jabodetabek and East Java, which are the offices of the Ministry of Manpower, the houses of the suspects, the houses of related parties, and the offices of foreign worker management agents.
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confiscated at least 14 vehicles, consisting of 11 cars and three motorbikes.
One motorbike was confiscated from Risharyudi Triwibowo, who was the Special Staff of the former Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziah.Risharyudi currently serves as Regent of Buol.
The suspects are suspected of violating Article 12 letter e or Article 12 B in conjunction with Article 18 of the Corruption Eradication Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
