) participated in confiscating money in rupiah denominations and precious metals in the Hand Arrest Operation (

) against the Regent of Central Lampung Ardito Wijaya and his friends.
“That in this activity of being caught red-handed, apart from arresting 5 people, the team also secured evidence in the form of rupiah and also precious metals in the form of gold,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo at his office, Jakarta, Thursday (11/12).
Budi explained that his party had carried out a case title or exposure and named a number of parties as suspects.This, he said, would be announced in detail at a press conference scheduled for this afternoon.

“We will explain later the details of the arrest and the location at a press conference,” he added.
The KPK arrested a total of five people related to the OTT, consisting of state officials and private parties.The five of them underwent intensive examination immediately after their arrest.
Budi does not yet want to reveal the identities of the parties caught red-handed and the suspects who have been named.
“The inspection has been completed. We will explain later,” he stressed.
Announce today’s status
The Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) will present the chronology of the OTT and the construction of the alleged bribery case involving Central Lampung Regent Ardito Wijaya today, Thursday (11/12).
In this way, Ardito’s legal status will be known after he is arrested.
“We will convey the complete chronology and construction of the case at the press conference,” said Budi.
The OTT started with requests for information from a number of parties in the Jakarta and Lampung areas, on Tuesday (9/12).
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) team then carried out arrest activities for alleged corruption crimes in the Central Lampung Regency area the following day.
