The Gegana Police Team was seen carrying a large black suitcase from the location of the SMA 72 explosion. The officers took the suitcase out after completing the crime scene investigation.After that, Brimob troops began to leave the location at around 21.50 WIB.
“The crime scene investigation was declared finished at 21.00 WIB,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Budi Hermanto when confirmed by journalists on Friday evening.
However, Budi has not explained the results of this crime scene investigation.He said the police still needed time to release the results of the crime scene investigation.The police plan to hold a press conference regarding the results of the explosion crime scene at SMA 72 today, Saturday (8/11).
The explosion incident occurred at SMA 72 while Friday prayers were in progress.More than 50 people were injured, and two had to undergo surgery.
National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo said that the police had found the suspected perpetrator of the bombing of the SMA 72 Jakarta building.The alleged perpetrator was one of the people who had to undergo surgery, so he could not undergo interrogation.
“We have now found the suspected perpetrator. (Polri) members are conducting an in-depth investigation regarding the perpetrator’s identity, then also the perpetrator’s environment, including the house and other things which we are currently investigating,” said Sigit.
