This was conveyed by the Director of Communications and User Guidance for Customs Services, Nirwala Dwi Heryanto regarding options for taking action against illegally imported clothing that was confiscated today, Thursday (11/12).
“That could be one of them. Because if it complies with the provisions, the goods resulting from the action will become state property,” answered Nirwala after a press conference at the Customs Headquarters, East Jakarta.

He then conveyed that the provisions for follow-up action against illegally imported clothing were divided into three options, namely destroying the goods, donating the goods for a specific purpose or auctioning the illegal goods.
Even so, he emphasized that the decision on this option was determined by the government through the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) of the Ministry of Finance.
“The government will just have to decide which one. Later, friends from the Director General of State Assets will decide,” he explained.
Today, DJBC thwarted the entry of illegal imported goods via three containers and two trucks.Nirwala said the action was carried out at Sunda Kelapa Harbor, Jakarta and on the Palembang-Lampung toll road.
“This action targets three containers that arrived at Sunda Kelapa Port, Jakarta on Wednesday 10 December 2025 as well as two trucks loaded with balpres on the Palembang-Lampung toll road on Wednesday 3 December 2025,” said Nirwala in a press conference.
