launched the Bareskrim Investigation Complaint Service Application on Friday (12/12).
The investigation complaint service program is a program of Kabareskrim Komjen Syahardiantono in support of President Prabowo Subianto’s Asta Cita Program and National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo’s PRESISI Program.

“This Investigation Complaint Service application integrates direct complaints, complaints via application, as well as complaints via WhatsApp chat and telephone. This makes it easier for people to make complaints thereby cutting bureaucracy,” said the Head of the Indonesian National Police Criminal Investigation Bureau, Brigadier General Boy Rando Simanjuntak, in a written statement.
He explained that currently the handling of public complaints to the Wassidik Bureau via letters, e-wassidik, and the delegation of Dumas PRESISI still takes relatively long time and is less communicative.
Boy revealed the superiority of the investigative complaint service launched by the Deputy Chief of Police.
Among them, ease of application access.People simply scan the barcode or visit the application link provided, then they can immediately make complaints from anywhere.
Apart from that, another advantage is that the application provides integrated and continuous communication between the reporter and officers via WhatsApp chat and telephone features.
The reporter will be immediately served by officers within 1 x 24 hours.
“This is a follow-up to the National Police Chief’s direction for officers to actively inform reporters of developments in handling reports,” he said.
Another advantage, updates on the latest developments in complaints are informed to the complainant via WhatsApp application notifications.
In addition, reporters can independently monitor the progress status of public complaints directly through the application.
“This service is not just an application, but is also supported by a representative service room and very competent officers. The complaint service officers have special expertise in the field of investigation and investigative experience and are equipped with public speaking skills,” said Boy.
