“We will look into it, we will see what the report looks like,” said Cucun at the parliament complex, Monday (17/11).

“So I will see later, usually when there is a report, the MKD leadership sends a letter to the leadership. Usually through us because the core is in Korkesra,” he said.
A report regarding allegations of Arsul’s fake diploma was filed by the Constitutional Monitoring Community Alliance (AMPK), Monday (17/11).They hope that the report regarding Arsul’s alleged fake diploma will be followed up.
The parties involved in the report are the five leaders of Commission III DPR for the 2019-2024 period. They are, Herman Hery from PDIP, Adies Kadir from Golkar, Ahmad Sahroni from NasDem, Mulfachri from PAN, and Desmond J Mahesa from Gerindra.
The five of them were complained because they were considered responsible for the selection process and suitability test for Arsul as a MK judge proposed by the DPR.
“Reports of alleged violations of the code of ethics regarding constitutional negligence and unprofessional actions by the leadership and members of Commission 3 of the DPR in the fit and proper test process for prospective Constitutional Court judges, resulted in the birth of institutional decisions that were legally flawed,” reads the main complaint.
Arsul has denied the allegations of fake diplomas previously reported by AMPK.He admitted to completing his doctoral graduation in 2022 at Warsaw Management University (WMU) in Warsaw, Poland. At the graduation, the Indonesian Ambassador in Warsaw at that time, Anita Lidya Luhulima, was present.
“Well, at the graduation, WMU also invited the Indonesian Ambassador to the city of Warsaw, Mrs. Anita Lidya Luhulima, and then we were present, here are photos of the graduation too. It was there that the original diploma was given, this original diploma, then here is a photo with Mrs. Anita Lidya Luhulima, the Indonesian Ambassador to Poland,” said Arsul, quoting
