The trial is planned to be held starting at 10.00 WIB, in the DPR MKD hearing room, parliament complex, Jakarta.
“Yes, that’s right [the decision hearing],” said DPR MKD Chairman Nazaruddin Dek Gam when confirmed.

However, Dek Gam has not confirmed whether the defendants in this case will appear in person.They are, Ahmad Sahroni, Nafa Urbach, Uya Kuya, Eko Patrio, and Adies Kadir.
Their previous deactivation as members of the DPR by their respective parties was in the aftermath of the wave of demonstrations from 25-31 August.
This step was taken at the pressure of the public because they were seen as not empathetic to public criticism of a number of government policies or the performance of the DPR.
Meanwhile, Deputy Speaker of the DPR, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, said that the five DPR members who were disabled would no longer receive their financial rights.
“Members of the DPR RI who have been disabled by their political parties are not paid their financial rights,” said Dasco in a press conference at the Parliament Complex, Jakarta, Friday (5/9).
