became one of eight suspects in the case of alleged fake diplomas of the 7th President Joko Widodo (
Jokowi
).
Tifa admitted that she respected the applicable legal process and submitted it completely to her legal team.
“I appreciate and respect the legal process. In this way the process will take place in a clear light. Where the truth must stand. For this process, I hand it over completely to my legal team,” said Tifa, Friday (7/11).

He believes that what he is doing is a struggle towards the truth even if the journey is not smooth.

Previously, Polda Metro Jaya named eight suspects in the alleged fake diploma case of 7th President Joko Widodo.
The eight suspects were divided into two clusters according to the acts or crimes committed by each suspect.
The first cluster consists of five suspects.They are Eggi Sudjana, Kurnia Tri Rohyani, Damai Hari Lubis, Rustam Effendi and Muhammad Rizal Fadillah.
They were charged with Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 160 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 27a in conjunction with Article 45 Paragraph 4 and/or Article 28 Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 45a Paragraph 2 of the ITE Law.
Furthermore, the second cluster consists of three suspects, namely Roy Suryo, Rismon Hasiholan Sianipar and Tifauziah Tyassuma alias Dr Tifa.
They were charged under Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 32 Paragraph 1 Juncto Article 48 Paragraph 1 and/or Article 35 Junto Article 51 Paragraph 1 and/or Article 27a Junto Article 45 Paragraph 4 and/or Article 28 Paragraph 2 Junto Article 45a Paragraph 2 of the ITE Law.
