(JK) in Makassar is the object of a dispute and is suspected to have been taken over by
mafia
.
JK claims that the 16.4 hectare (ha) land is legally his.He emphasized that he had strong proof of legality and that the land was purchased directly from the heirs of the king of Gowa around 35 years ago.
“I already have the certificate, the sale and purchase took place 35 years ago, I bought it myself,” he said when directly inspecting the location of the disputed land, Wednesday (5/11).

The following are the facts of the JK land dispute case:

JK accused him of a robbery attempt and a land mafia game involving other parties.
He also denied having any legal relationship with PT Gowa Makassar Tourism Development (GMTD) which was involved in this dispute.
According to JK, the party being sued by GMTD is a figure whose capacity he doubts.
“Because what is the name of the person being sued? Majo ‘Balang? That’s a fish seller, right? How come a fish seller owns this much land? So it’s a lie, fabrication, all kinds of things,” he said.
In fact, JK openly accused land mafia interference behind this dispute.
“Yes, that (what GMTD bought) was from Haji Najmiah. Haji Najmiah was the land mafia here in the past,” he said.
JK called the attempt to take over this land a form of robbery.
“Because we have it, there is the letter, there is the certificate. Suddenly he confessed. That’s called robbery, right,” he explained.
Criticism of the Execution Order
JK strongly criticized the court’s execution order on his land.
He stated that mandatory procedures, namely matching and measuring on site (

“The execution must be preceded by his name

.Measurement.Where are the measurements?Where are the BPN people?Where is the sub-district head?Where are the village heads?Not at all,” he stressed.
JK accused the execution of being carried out secretly.However, the 10th and 12th vice presidents promised to fight back with legal measures and demand justice.
“Wherever we go, we are ready to fight. (Against) injustice, untruth,” he stressed.
Nusron Opens Voice
Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid opened his mouth about Nusron’s anger.
Nusron explained that the object of the dispute was a conflict between GMTD and certain parties.
In the midst of the conflict, continued Nusron, the execution was suddenly carried out and the process had not yet gone through

Furthermore, Nusron said that his party had sent a letter to the Makassar City District Court to question the execution process.
