A total of 207 people have complained to the complaint post set up by Polda Metro Jaya with total losses of more than IDR 11.5 billion.
A total of 199 people reported to the complaint post and eight others in the form of reports to the police.

“Regarding the motive from the results of the examination we carried out, the motive was economic,” added Iman Imanuddin.
He said the suspect used the profits obtained for personal needs.Commissioner Iman said the money was used for the suspect’s activities abroad and to pay the mortgage.
“Why is that? Because the profits obtained from the actions carried out by the suspects were used for personal interests, whether to pay the mortgage, then for trips abroad, and for other personal interests,” he said

Polda Metro Jaya revealed the fraud mode related to Wedding Organizer (WO) by Ayu Puspita.According to the police, there were offers of honeymoon packages and tempting facilities to attract the victim’s attention.
“For those concerned, why is it possible to attract victims, because there is something offered to the victims in the form of facilities,” said Commissioner Iman.
He revealed that one of the things being offered was a cheap wedding package.Apart from that, he said that Ayu Puspita still promises a fantastic place to get married even though it is cheap.
The prospective bride and groom and vendors became victims
In this case, Polda Metro Jaya received eight police reports (LP).However, Polda Metro Jaya also received 119 complaints regarding the alleged fraud committed by Ayu Puspita and Dimas.
“For these eight LPs, one of them is a report from the vendor, where the vendor has carried out its obligations to fulfill the request or order from the suspect but the suspect has not made payment,” he said.
Charged with fraud and embezzlement
The police charged the owner of the wedding organizer (WO) Ayu Puspita with Article 378 of the UHP concerning Fraud and Article 372 of the Criminal Code concerning Embezzlement.
“(Charged with) Articles 372 and 378 of the Criminal Code,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Budi Hermanto when confirmed, Tuesday (9/12).
It is known that in this case the police have named Ayu and four other people as suspects.Ayu and suspect D have now been detained at the North Jakarta Metro Police.
