Indonesian racer who defends the Astra Honda Racing Team (AHRT),
Fadillah Arbi Aditama
, became champion of the Asia Road Racing Championship (
ARRC
) class Asia Production (AP)250.
Arbi was confirmed as the AP250 class champion after finishing first in the first race of the ARRC 2025 final series at the Chang International Circuit, Buriram, Thailand, Saturday (6/12).
The racer from Purworejo, Central Java, started from second position.Referring to uploads from the AHRT team’s social media, the race was tight.Arbi almost fell twice and left the track and was thrown to 6th position.

Arbi was then able to take first place again and beat his rivals such as Krittapat Keankum.Arbi successfully won the first podium in race 1 and established himself as the champion.
Now Arbi has collected 196 points and cannot be caught by other racers, including Izam Ikmal who is in second place with 142 points.
One remaining race on Sunday (7/12) will not be able to make Ikmal surpass Arbi’s points because there is only a maximum of 25 points.
“The race was extraordinary because the battle was tight from the start. Several times I even got out of the racing line. Thank God, I was able to secure the title of Asian champion in this first race. Thank you Astra Honda Racing Team, mechanics, the entire team and the community who have provided extraordinary support so that I can perform optimally,” said Arbi, quoted from the AHRT release.
After ensuring Arbi became champion, another AHRT racer, Mohammad Adenanta Putra, had the chance to become champion.
Currently Adenanta is in second place in the standings with 152 points or two points behind Daniel Kasma who is at the top of the standings.The competition is not only with Daniel, but also with Anupab Sarmoon who is in third place with 151 points.
In race 1, Saturday (6/12), Adenanta fell on the first lap.
“It’s a shame, I had to be eliminated when the race had just started. But it’s not over yet. I still have a chance to fight for Asian champion in the SS600 class in race 2 tomorrow. I will be more focused and try my best to achieve my dreams. Please pray and support,” said Adenanta.
Meanwhile in the ASB1000 class, Andi Gilang achieved the best result in this season’s race by finishing as runner up in race 1 of the Thailand series.Previously, Andi Gilang’s best achievement was placing third in race 2 Mandalika and race 2 Sepang.
