Tri Taruna himself is said to have not only acted as an intermediary for alleged extortion.He is also suspected of receiving a cash flow of up to IDR 1.07 billion.
The suspects are suspected of violating Article 12 letter e and Article 12 letter f of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor) in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 64 of the Criminal Code.
