until Deputy Speaker of the DPR Sufmi Dasco Ahmad was officially released from prison.
Ira as well as former Commercial and Service Director of PT ASDP Muhammad Yusuf Hadi and former Director of Planning and Development of PT ASDP Harry Muhammad Adhi Caksono were expelled from the KPK Detention Center after receiving rehabilitation from Prabowo.

“We also express our thanks to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, then the Coordinating Minister for Law, Human Rights, Immigration and Corrections. We also express our deepest thanks to the Minister of State Secretary of the Republic of Indonesia, then also to the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Cabinet Secretary, and then, no less important, we would like to thank the team of legal advisors led by Mr. Soesilo Aribowo,” said Ira at the Corruption Eradication Commission, Jakarta, Friday (28/11).
“And the Corruption Eradication Commission officers who carried out their duties well for almost 10 months were detained. Then we thank all media colleagues who have helped convey the development of this case to the public. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for the role of our media friends,” he continued.
Ira came out of the detention room at around 17.20 WIB.He wore purple clothes and immediately approached his relatives.It appears that he brought a document on that occasion.
Ira expressed his gratitude to the community who have provided moral support by speaking out so that he gets justice for the alleged corruption case that ensnared him.
He hopes that the legal order in the Republic of Indonesia in the future can provide better protection for the nation’s children who truly work for Indonesia.
“Thank you everyone. Please pray. May we work together as children of the nation to provide the best for this nation,” he said.
It was announced that Ira and two former ASDP directors had received rehabilitation on Tuesday (25/11) afternoon.
Rehabilitation is the President’s prerogative as regulated in Article 14 paragraph 1 of the 1945 Constitution, taking into account the considerations of the DPR and the Supreme Court (MA).
Rehabilitation for defendants is regulated in the provisions of Article 97 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code which states: a person has the right to receive rehabilitation if the court decides to be acquitted or dismissed from all legal charges whose decision has permanent legal force.
Meanwhile, in the alleged Business Cooperation (KSU) corruption case and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara (JN) by PT ASDP in 2019-2022, Ira et al were found guilty.
The panel of judges at the Corruption Crime Court (Tipikor) at the Central Jakarta District Court (PN) sentenced Ira to 4 years and 6 months in prison and a fine of Rp. 500 million, subsidiary to 3 months in prison.
Meanwhile, Muhammad Yusuf Hadi and Harry MAC were sentenced to 4 years in prison each and a fine of IDR 250 million, subsidiary to 3 months in prison.
