Former Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission
Antasari Azhar
died at the age of 72 years on Saturday (8/11).Antasari Azhar will be offered prayers at the Asy Syarif Mosque, BSD, South Tangerang.
The certainty of Antasari’s death was revealed by Boyamin Saiman, who was the attorney for the Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) from 2007 to 2009.

Antasari was born in Pangkal Pinang, Bangka Belitung, 18 March 1953. Antasari served as General Chair of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) from 18 December 2007 to 11 October 2009.
Boyamin asked the public to pray for the late Antasari Azhar.He also prayed for Antasari’s family to be strong.
“Please pray for forgiveness for all wrongdoings and we pray that everyone will get as many rewards as possible in the afterlife,” he said.
